ORDERS Your order will be confirmed by e-mail, this e-mail will take the shape of an exact copy of your order giving order/invoice number and confirmation that payment has been received. MIGHTY LUX The option of purchase of The Mighty Lux Chassis and Mast only, Order Code MLP6S3-FL/CH, requires a Pramac P6000S Super Silent Diesel generator to be fitted to the Chassis for the safe movement and operation of this equipment. This purchase is only for those customers who already own a Pramac P6000S Super Silent Diesel Generator. The purchase of this equipment and acceptance of these terms and conditions, which is a condition that must be accepted by any purchase from Van Stock UK Ltd, is the basis of the customers full responsability for the safe use of this product. PAYMENT Payment can now be accepted through Sage Pay or Pay-Pal Service providers, the cards we can accept are MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit etc. A full list of cards accepted is given by Sage Pay and Pay-Pal, American Express cards can only be accepted via Pay-Pal. | Shipping And Handling DELIVERY & CHARGES. TOWER LIGHTS - ALL MODELS Delivery of any model from our range of tower lights falls outside our standard listed delivery schedule. Each tower light order is subject to its own individual delivery charge & schedule as agreed via email for each separate order. This additional charge is to be agreed with the sales team prior to the order being dispatched. ALL GENERATORS, VAN VAULTS and ALL OTHER GOODS Listed for delivery to UK Mainland relates to postcodes : All England & Wales mainland + DD, DG, EH, FK, G, KA (except KA27 & KA28), KY, ML,TD, AB 1 to AB 25, AB30, AB39, PA1 to PA19, PH1 to PH3. To reach the other areas of the UK a further Delivery charge will apply & must be cleared prior to goods being sent, please contact our sales team to confirm delivery charge. | Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All goods supplied by Van Stock UK Ltd are covered by the manufacturers warranty. All generators sold separately or as the part of the MIGHTY LUX tower light range are subject to regular servicing as laid down in the manufactureres hanbook. For claims under warranty proof of servicing by reputable dealerships of Kubota, Lombardini, Honda, Yanmar, Perkins, Deutz & Volvo engines will be required. Any faulty engine will be sent back to the manufacturer for inspection & full report. Should user error or lack of appropriate use and or servicing be the cause then all costs incured for inspection, including any shipping charges, will be passed on to the claiment. |

| Returns Policy If you are unhappy with your order in anyway goods can be returned in an unused and unopened condition within 7 days of receipt of said goods. Goods opened or used cannot be returned unless faulty. Cost of return postage must be met by the customer in full. Any customer returning items unused, unopened and not damaged as above and within 7 days of delivery date will receive a full refund of the original invoice amount less original postage. Please note that it is your responsibility to check & sign for goods upon delivery. We are unable to process any claims for damaged goods unless the damages are noted on the delivery note, any item that looks damaged should be checked with the delivery driver. If the item is damaged you are able to refuse delivery on the grounds of damaged goods.
